We’re a community centre and charity run by volunteers – not a commercial operation with full-time staff. We have one part-time administrator who works flexibly within normal office hours, but not every day – and not evenings and weekends. The best way to contact us is by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll always do our best to respond to your enquiry within 48 hours – but please don’t expect an immediate response.
You’re welcome to phone, of course. Our number is 017375 54220. But please be aware that you will almost certainly get our answering machine, and messages only get picked up when the office is next manned – which may be a matter of several days. Email, as above, is the surest way to get in touch with the Centre and get a quick response.
We’re happy to arrange viewings of the facilities, but the Centre is usually busy with existing lettings 7 days a week – meaning there are limited opportunities for showing people around without disturbing other users’ classes and activities. However, appointments to view can generally be arranged between 2pm and 3pm Mondays, and 12.30 – 2pm Thursdays. Please email to set up an appointment. Thank you.
